I have an hp vectra pc P133. I have formated the drive and reinstalled windows 95b. After installing the OS, I updated the bios, after rebooting the computer and doing a restart or shutdown,the computer just hangs on the screen that displays (Pleasewait while your computer shuts down) and it never shutdown. I need to manully shut it off,When i power on the cpu it runs scandisk because it displays a message that the computer was not properly shut down.
