I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WINDOWS.I fdisked and re formated my computer, and after i start loading windows I get to a point where it say windows registery error,The fonts on the windows program when it is loading the files start to change .the o's look like squares and some of the other fonts start to change. Then I get run32dill is eather missing or is corrupt.I start to get other kind of errors. It has done this on two differant hard drives.I'm sure I fdisked and reformated the right way. I also used a new boot disk from another sorce.and another windows 98 disk.I noticed before that I was starting to lose other things.Like I said I tried this on two differant hard drives.Dose anybody think it could be in the mother board end of it or somethingthat I'M over looking.I also tried two differant rom's for the windows disk.

Reseat the RAM(s). Reinstall Windows from scratch. Replace it if you have only one RAM and still have the problem. If you have more that one RAM, take out one at a time and reinstall Windows.

I meant to replace the RAM if you have only one.

I read my response again and I do not think I made myself clear. The problem you have is most likely caused by your RAM(s). You need to identify which one.

You might want to check your processor cooling fan also. I have had similar problems with systems that had a cooling fan that did not run at full speed or did not have good heat transfer between the processor and heat sink.
