Winfax Pro 10.01

Client has fax sharing network setup (8 users on NT4 local domain with w98 clients logging on. They are using static IPs). They are getting multiple copies of faxes in their inboxes. I noticed that for some reason they are all logging on as “administrator” and not using separate user names and passwords as they should. They have no IT person and I have no idea who originally set the network up. My question is whether or not the muliple fax copies could be caused because of everybody logging in as “administrator”?
