I am trying to connect a clients email service through a vendor. She has Starpower as her internet provider via Dial Up. She checks her email using Netscape and her dial up setup is on a NT4 Server. Problem: Her former ISP had her and four other computers using Netscape mail and internet via WinGate proxy at the server. Now that she has switched to Starpower cannot get her mail yet can surf the net using IE only. Any suggestions? Is the problem configuration setup via Netscape?
