WINIPCFG – Missing TCP/IP

I have a user who has no network access – Installed in the NCP is the Nic Card, TCPIP for both it and the PPP adapter and Client for MS Networks. In the device manager, the Nic Card shows up and seems to be working properly. Here is the problem –
When we go into WINIPCFG the only item in the dropdown box is the PPP, the settings for the Ethernet card are not there – even thought it is installed. We have deleted the drivers, reinstalled, and deleted all the items from the Network control panel.

User gets no IP and is unable to access the net.

Any ideas?

(Have run virus check also)
