WinMe Fdisk when WinMe Installed?

I have a 80 gig drive on WinME desktop. Is it possible to defrag to group live data together and fdisk partitions in some of the free space. I would then like to use Nortons Ghost to make a disk image on a partition created of the WinMe system. Are these two ideas possible?
