WINMGMT ADAP error for language ID 009

Hi

I’m receivng the following error for several services like: ASP, ContentFilter, ContentIndex, DHCPServer, DNS, IAS, InetInfo, ISAPISearch, MSExchangeDs, MSExchangeIMC, etc.:

Description:
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2696 for Performance Library TermService because no value was found in the 009 subkey

I read some tip/KB about similar issues and they refer that the key counter in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\perflib\009 have the performance counter entries; however, browsing that key, the entries for the mentioned services does not appear.

I tried to use exctrlst to disable/reenable the counters with no success. I also tried to use regsrv32 util to unregister/re-register the performance dll but I get an dll being used error, even if I stop the related service.

QUESTION 1)
Is there a way to manually add the service counters to the mentioned registry entry? where can I get the entry values?

I also used winmgmt /clearadap with no success. I tried also to use winmgmt /resyncperf -p but I was unable to find the PID for those services.

QUESTION 2) Is there a util that can showme those PID? I used Pmon and Pview but doesn’t show PID for those services.
