WINNT Raid 5 – no operating system found.

We had a power cut in our server room and unfortunately one of our old Winnt servers will not boot up. It displayes the error message – No operating system found. Is there a way to fix the master boot record to solve this issue. The system is built with raid 5 (intel raid configuration utility 4.17). Any help grately appreciated.
