The server has an error msg “The SNMP service hung on starting”. Source: Service Control Manager in Event Viewer. In task manager, however, the SNMP.EXE is running but occupied above 90% of CPU usage. Before this, the NT CPU utilisation runs at maximum 60%. Now, it’s running at 100%. How can I rectify the problem?
Note: SNMP is the Simple Network Management Protocol.
