WINS error event ID 4204

I am getting a WINS error 4204 every 40 minutes in the event log on my Win 2000 Server. Error= WINS could not read from the User Datagram Protocol (UDP) socket. I have searched the microsoft knowledge base and come up with no solutions, I have searched a few different places and I have seen many people w/same problem but no solutions. Can anyone help please???
