Have you moved this computer from another domain recently, or has the computer account been acting up? I get 5722's occasionally when new PCs are added into our domain. The errors occur mainly on one of my PDCs, but I can see how they could occur onWINS servers as well. Error 5722 is Netlogon's way of telling you that the computer referenced in the error message has a computer account that is not trusted to communicate with the domain controller. Solution: Delete the computer account and re-add it. The errors usually go away after that. Good luck!

Check the Security Log on the server and see if you are also getting a user logon failure on that workstation at the same time. This often happens when the user mistypes his/her password - the machine account fails authentication at the same time. I don't think there's anything you need to do about this if this is the case.
