WINS Problem

W have 4 W2K Domain COntollers, two in the H.O. and 2 on the other site connected using 128K leased line. Before, we can see all the computers on the network neighborhood, but now all we can see are computers at the H.O. and not computers on the other site. I already deleted and installed WINS and DNS records. I already applied service pack4. I tried transfering the Domain naming master to another domain but it says it cannot see DSA something>…

SOme help pleaseees. . .
