WINS Replication Partner

We are running WINS on one NT 4.0 (SP6a)PDC and two NT 4.0 BDCs, although we are getting an error message (Event ID 4102)”Connection was aborted by the remote WINS”. I feel the problems is due to an incorrect setup of push /pull replication with the three domain controllers.

Please suggest the correct push /pull replication configuration with the PDC (Server1) and the two BDCs (Server 2 and 3) in WINS manager.
