I just upgraded from Windows 95 to Windows 98 on a workstation. Making a connection to the network isn’t a problem but using IE 5.5 or pcAnywhere I have problems. IE comes up and says it can’t find the page whereas when you start up pcAnywere to make a connection and get the message “Unable to open a TCP/IP channel. Make sure that TCP/IO and Winsock have been properly installed on your system.” Is there any clue what the problem could be or what I should look at?
