We are receiving the following errors in the system event log on our proxy server. Once we restart the proxy server it runs all day and shuts down sometimes at night. I put some comments after each error. A lot of our users are also having to refresh their view when they first open IE, after the initial refresh they’re fine. If anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.

This couldbe caused by another service that is already using the same port or by the network interface that isn’t functional. – This is the internal network ip address for one of the nic cards. The card is functional, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

The Microsoft WinSock Proxy Service service terminated with service-specific error 213000. – I found an article on this in Technect Q194562, everything appears to be setup according to the article. This happened once before, and I rebuilt the LAT, and it stopped for a while, but now it’s happening again.
