WinXP and FRx Reporting

Has anyone had any luck installing FRx Reporting (Dynamics – Great Plains) software with Windows XP? When running the program as domain admin., it runs fine. All other users get an error and told the program will now quit. When installed as a domain user with Local Machine administrative rights, the program fails to self-register all .ocx’s. When installed as administrator of domain, it doesn’t register about 5 .ocx’s.

Went through (based on Great Plains knowledge base) and registered those 5 .ocx’s, still have same problem. Eventually walked through every article pertaining to this on Great Plains website, did not work. Anyone?
