WinXP doesn't boot

hi all,

i have ibm r51 laptop and its stops booting just after the windows xp splash screen... but this problem arises only when the laptop on battery alone.

but if it's on power.... then it boot without any hiccups.....

a fix for bluescreen, freezing problems on battery

Right click on your desktop and go into properties.
Click the settings tab
Click the advanced button
Click the intel extreme grapic 2 mobile tab
Click the graphics properties button
Click the power scheme settings button
And uncheck the intel dual-frequency graphics technology box.
At that point you can unplug your power and you should be ok.

Hope this works for you, it worked for me.
