Winxp Partition

I am installing a new HD and would like to partition to ntfs. My old C drive (fat32) has about 7 gb used on it. Is there anyway to move my operateing system to the new drive partition(ntfs) and the programs to one of the other patritions without reinstalling everything. I will keep the old drive as a secondary drive in the system.
