Hi,
I have problem in Laptop having WinXP OS. Recently I install Norton antivirus 2007.Since then XP does not get shutdown instead it restarts dispaying blue screen before winXP welcome screen. One of the Message in blue screen is “Unknown Software exception”. This laptop was working fine with NortonAnitvirus 2006.
System still working fine with Norton 2007. I only have problem with shutdown. Everytime I try to shut down it gets restarted.
