After apoweer outage while the PC was on I found subsequent shut downs proceed till”enter power save” and then the PC reboots. I hv to hold down power button to power off. Its a Dell dimension 5150. It was perfectly working up till the incident. I hv almost exhausted avenues for trouble shooting viz registry tweaks, cmd, regedit, replacing the PSU, updated all drivers, flashed BIOS, other than reformatting n reinstalling teh OS as I received the set preloaded and do not have the Installation CD. I have a Norton Anti virus installed as well as Roxio Creator LE – Dell Edition
