When I access the log-in prompts on any secure website, I cannot access the prompts to enter my user name and password. when i checked my internet settings i went to “tools” then “internet settings” and I got an error message that says “the operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your system administrator”. There are no restrictions on this computer and I am the only person using it. I cannot access my User settings to change/fix problem either. Help please…
