winxpFaxing

I have just upgraded to winxp home and i installed the fax services but when i try to send a fax (do not have a fax machine)the message i get says the “line is not available”
i use ISDN connection with one line for the internet and the other for the phone and fax hopefully. Any suggestions please. Thanks
