Hi, I just have a question about a network i’m trying to set up. My sister’s computer will be wireless, with a printer connected to it, and mine is connected through lan to the router. I was wondering, how do I go about this? I’ve tried using the Network Setup Wizard in WINXP, but they don’t “see” each other or something. Like, when I go to the My Network Places and try to access the workgroup stuff, only her computer will show up and mine doesn’t. Also, I can see her computer from mine, but I can’t access it. Something about a password or something? I know my sister doesn’t have a password on her account. Every tutorial I’ve seen online has been Wired only, or Wireless only, not a mixture of the two. I don’t know if that makes a big difference, but I can’t seem to get the network going. Also, when I try and add the printer from my computer, it can’t see it…I know the printer is set up correctly, as it works for my sister, but I can’t see it when I “browse for printers.” I can see her computer, the printer just won’t show up. Please, any help is really appreciated.
