Wireless Access

Does anyone know of a way, in Windows XP, to allow access to only a specific wireless AP? IE: We want them to be able to connect to our APs but not go down to Starbucks and grab an internet connection there. I would love to keep them off everyone else’s connections if I could. Thanks
