i have two xp machine and they are all identical:same model, same make.
I have tried three different pairs of wireless adapters, connected via usb.
The firts pair: Belkin see each other ok and transmit/receive files ok, but the client can not connect to the net via the host (modem dial up) despite trying all different configuration.
The other two pairs one are linksys and others are net-gear, they are both installed ok and config. as ad-hoc, no wep etc but they will not see each others. in my network place they are there but report as media is not on?
What have I missed? plz help.
