Wireless and mapped network drives

I have a test IBM Thinkpad running W2K connecting to a Linksys 802.11g Wireless Access Point that in turn connects to a Novell server as well as a W2K server. There is currently no domain just shared folders and mapped Novell folders.

The problem is the W2K Pro tries to access the mapped net drives before the wireless connection is made and fails (of course). The user must then go into Network Places and manually reconnect the mapped drives.

Any ideas on how to delay the mapping until the wireless connection is established?
