Wireless connection configuration

Does anyone know of a script or script template that can configure wireless settings (SSID, network key, authentication)on a Windows XP client? I am in a non-Active Directory environment so a GPO isn’t an option. Or is there another solution that will automate configuration of a wireless connection without the user knowing the network key?
