Hi, I am trying to access the internet through a public (holiday resort) wireless network. There is no verification required to get on this network and I can see that I am connected and I have a very strong signal. When I go to browse the internet I can’t get to any sites. I have tried to ping sites and cannot. I know the wireless router is connected to the dsl because I have seen other people on the internet. This was working before for me. I tried using a linksys wireless signal expander when I was in my apartment but was still connecting to the same wireless network. Now I’m right beside the wireless router and still no joy.
Any help would be much appreciated.
