Why is it that my SMC and Compaq 802.11b PC Cards can associate to a Cisco 340, but not route IP traffic? and vice versa with 340 PC Cards to SMC or Compaq Access points? (SMC and Compaq look to be same internals…) WEP 128 bit is on, key is same on all, ssid is all good, same config accross the boards really… Does the IEEE need to get involved? Is the standard not being adhered to? Thanks for any info…
