I have setup my new Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse set but the kwyboard does not work while the mouse does. I have reinstalled the software several times, uninstalled and reinstalled the devices but nothing seems to cure the problem. I am certain it is not a faulty hardware, can someone provide some guidance? Thanks.
