Wireless keyboard..lost keys Y,U,I,and O

I have a MS 3000 wireless keyboard.
Okay I spilled some beverage onto it and lost the ability to use the y,u,i,o keys.
I’ve opened it and given it a wipe but can’t get these letters back. All else seems to be working. No keys sticking. Could it be the circuit board ?
Do I toss it?
