MS’Wireless “Suite” (keyboard and mouse) ran well for three months and then, upon having to reistall it ’cause of clean reinstall of XP, only the keyboard worked (I used install cd that came with purshase and followed all instructions to a “t.”) After many failed tries I went back to previously used mouse-a wired PS/2 Logitek. Something else now occurs which I think is related: since that reinstll attempt,everytime system starts, hardware wizard appears and says it needs to install driver for “infrared” device, but can never find a driver that applies-even when it searches on the internet. Can anyone help?
