How do i print from wireless Vista laptop to xp desktop? I had it working once but it no longer is functtional

If not then u have to establish network between Laptop and Desktop

I presume you have a wirelss router that gives the laptop its wireless and that the desktop is wired to that router.

I also presume the printer is physically attached to the XP desktop.

Make sure you can print from the XP machine. Make sure the printer is shared, might be an idea to unshare it and reshare it again. Make sure both PC's can see the internet if my router assumption is correct. Check the IP addresses of bothe PC's using the "IPCONFIG" command in a command prompt window. The should be the same for the last couple of digits. While at the command prompts use the "PING" command to check connectivity between the 2. Look at the netwrok connections on both. Make sure "File and printer sharing for MS networks" is installed and printer sharing allowed. On the laptop use the add printer wizard and select netwrok printer and browse to the printer... if you can see it there it should be fine.

If all that fails just buy a cheap printer for the laptop and admit defeat.
