Here is what is need for us to give you an intelligent answer.
How many client machines.
How many servers, and what type.
Is any dept grouping involved. (bookeeping, data, graphics, ect.)
What type of business. (graphics requires more umph)
What kind of building. (concrete blocks signals)
How many floors.
How is the floor divided and how much sq ft.
What is around the building. (you don't want to go wireless only to find out that the microwave tower that is just outside your window is pointed right at you.)
