Wireless Printer problem

I have a customer who has 2 wireless printers. Both HP – 4050 and 5525. They are – of course installed on a Wireless network through a Cisco Router and a Print Server Running 2000 and a Linksys Router. All of the Microsoft products print fine, I’ve been told. However, the software package sold and installed by my company – is written in Powerbuilder by Sybase prints a blank page for each report attempted to be printed to these printers. Arggg. Any help would be appreciated – to me it seems like a printer driver problem, but it could also be a problem with what Sybase is sending to the printer.
