Morning/Afternoon all….
Hopefully just a quick one:
I’ve been asked to set up an on-demand wireless network within a local pub (Handy? Yes!) so that they can offer free wireless to traveling business people, well, anyone really.
Setting the basics up is of course no issue at all, but I was just wondering if anyone had any experience in locking down the wireless side of a network so that the users could not look at porn/download torrents etc… or maybe a list of keywords that I can add to the router (I’ve looked everywhere to no avail), the router is a Netgear Rangemax DG834N Next 270Mbps if needed.
Also can anyone recommend some software that would monitor the wireless network traffic and sites visited, this would run on the PC that is physically wired to the router
If anyone has any other ideas please feel free to air them – I’m always open to help 🙂
