Wireless Security

By aj.boonstra ·
I'm setting up a server to take care of wireless security. It will manage wireless security for three different locations within my organization. What is the best/easiest setup for this scenario. I'll be using Linsys Wireless G Access Points. First thought was a radius server. Any help would be appreciated.

RADIUS with WPA, IPSec, and MAC Filtering at a minimum.

I'd also setup my subnet to only allow the number of clients I have.

Best and easiest are not inclusive.
If the access point can use Radius, I would recommend a RSA ACE service using two factor authentication. Or anything else that permits this.
Two factor means that a user must have a UID, a password and then a random key generator, one-time card, or biometrics.
I've been using UID, PW, and keyfob (generates a different key code every 60 seconds).

keybob [new key every 60 seconds] is really a great security measure almost unbeatable [but a real pain in the butt if you get someone who can't remember a 8 digit numeric # in 60 seconds [there are some who fob it up]. Got wih a keyfob is you can afford the setup.

Has anyone seen a guide to setup RADIUS and WPA. I'm new to this and I'm setting it up for the first time.
