Have a weird issue…
For the past few months we have a sporatic issue that effects network drive mappings. When a clinical user on a remote site logs in wireless the only get 3 out 5 drives mapped. When the same user uses a wired device all drives show up. This happens 1 or 2 times every 1 or 2 weeks. Because the drives that are missing allow our clinical app to work its becoming a big deal. The issue always self corrects in a few hours, but we are needing resolution. This happens to all wireless devices at this remote site.
We have checked the DC controllers, kix scripts, ADUC groups, security groups, and wireless devices thoroughly.
Does anyone have any ideas or need more info? Thanks.
