Wireless XP Clients do not see domain when attempt add to Admins

I have a very small network with a 2003 Server that does everything. Active Directory/Domain Controller/DNS etc… The problem is I have wireless workstations that join the domain just fine but when I try to add domain admins to local admins it sees the domain initially but when it can’t connect it says it’s not enabled and then removes the domain from the location list.

BTW: My first AD and not sure if it’s my AD setup, something else like DNS, some policy, or something on the workstation. I do know how to manage users including domain to local.
