Wooden Matches & Cigarette Papers …how are they made?

Having been an avid consumer of both products for most of my life, and claiming to be a ‘bit of an expert’ in computing, the manufacturing process of Matches & Cigarette Papers leaves me in astonishment.

How do they get those papers to interleave without bundling up or sticking together?

Given the global coverage of IT, there must be someone out there ‘in the ether’ that can answer my plea!!
