An enduser has to open, print and close hundreds of documents during the course of a day. The pc is a new top of the line dell. It is loaded with resources. Over the past two months, the opening, printing and closing the documents has been slowerand slower each day. When the document is open, it takes a long time for the cursor to appear in order to perform any other functions. The same will happen after any other command is issued.
I have tried the obvious areas. I made sure that the disk is clean and defragged. She has plenty of free space and her there is no indication that her virtual memory is low.
I am at my wits end trying to diagnose and resolve this problem. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.
