I have a user getting the following error in Word 2000 (Win98 client):

Run-time error ‘-2147467259 (80004005)’:
Method ‘Controls’ of object ‘CommandBarPopup’ failed.
MS Support and Knowledgebase have solutions for re-writing VB apps … but we haven’t written any apps …just using Word. Does anyone know a quick fix for this one? Thanks
