We try to insert a TIFF file to Word 2000 under Novell Network environment. We choose option insert->picture->from file. If the path name is not too long, it works. But for some files place deep inside subdirectories, the path is very long, and word2000 fail to open it. Is there a limitation on this matter and I want to know the limit or any solutions to solve it. We don’t want to restructure the path.
