I am using Office 2000 for Windows on a Network. I use Word and Outlook. I use my Outlook address book extensively in Word 2000 in letters and envelopes. When I input the information into Outlook, the middle initial/name is there and appears on the address cards; however, when I insert that into a Word document/envelope, it looses the middle initial/name. That is a problem when a name such as: J. Farkel Fiddlestein. I work for a county government and have had our Information Systems Department here on numerous occassions trying to reset so it shows up. They are stumped!
Does anyone have any suggestions on what setting I may need to change to bring that mi/name in?
Thanks for the help!
