When I save a doc in Word 2000 every thing is fine until I reboot. Windows has trouble shutting down but if you keep hitting ending task it will shut down but when I try to start windows it hangs right before the desktop apears.If I run and old ERD before I boot windows loads fine until I save a file in word. If I load a file in word and dont save it every thing is ok. I have reinstalled word, checked for virus,del normal.dot. any sugestions?
