Customer has a Pent. computer running wds 95, had Word 97 and did backup with conner backup program. He upgraded to Word 2000. Now his backup does not work, it says it can not find the register. I tried using Find to search for the register and it does not find a register. I suspect that the upgrade changed the settings, is this possible? What to do next? All other programs seem to be running ok.
