hi
we have some users at an office who have lengthy delays opening Word 2003 files. There is no known template files associated with the docs. there is only 4 users.
I have been searching the net and yet to find an answer to the problem.
Staff seem to think the problem is getting worse.
One user has a delay even clicking to select a file that is on his desktop.
i have tried detect and repair, removed the printer and reinstalled but still the same problem.
Seems this is a bit of a common problem with no real solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
