I have a word template set up to create invoices for my customers, the template draws all the information off the Access database in a kind of mail merge scenario if you like.
In the header of the document I have my business name and the ID number of the client which is also the invoice number.
Right so everything is fine with this except that when I print the document, the ID number in the header disappears and is replaced by the field name in this case <
I see this happen on the screen as soon as I click the print button
And sure enough the printer is printing the field name and not the field data.
Anyone?……please?
