On a new Dell with Win98 and Microsoft Works 2k plus Word 2k, if you open the Tools menu dozens of Mail Merges are listed and it takes quite a few seconds to scroll down to the bottoms items. I could find nothing on Microsoft’s knowledge base about this condition. Any Ideas?
