Is there a way to place a desktop shortcut to the envelop printing tool in word? I frequently print envelops that are not connected to a word document, and it is a pain to open word and go through all the tool chain of options to print the envelop.

I use XP and Microsoft Office Word 2003.

Sure. I think.

Open Word.

Go to file>page setup

select your envelope size as the paper type, then change orientation as desired.

Save the document, or put a return address first.

Make a shortcut to the document on your desktop.

It tis here: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\Envelope Wizard.exe .

Hope this helps. You can just copy it or drag a short cut to it.

If you need more help just ask.

Same Question for me.

I would like a registry hack or such that allows me to open the mail merger or envlope and mail wizzard or what ever it is called in Word 2003 and not have to navigate 25 mouse strokes to get there. I am sure its possible and even sure I will get an answer and hope it is here.

She was not asking for the answer recieved however.
